Table trash goes into the condiment bar's bins. Full bar = carry the bag out the back door to the alley dumpster; the truck collects on a schedule.
Stand on a tile ~1s to buy (the bar fills — no drive-by purchases). Baristas, machines, tables, and the Drive-Thru unlock.
PRO TIP:Baristas stock the counter, and the counter serves the queue by itself — hire enough of them and the cafe runs while you just clean tables and collect upgrades.
